Up North Lodge
Up North Lodge has a rustic, at home feel to it.
It is most definitely worth the drive. I drove a little over an hour out of my way just to for one of their bloody mary’s. The bloody mary’s were recommended by quite a few people in the Upper Peninsula.
So, me being a bloody mary connoisseur had to check it out. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. There was a regular sized burger and onion rings on my bloody mary. The burger and onion rings were made to order for my drink. The flavor of the bloody mary was amazing, one of the best that I have had in all of my travels.
The food was scrumptious, the BLT did not disappoint. The BLT was loaded with bacon.
In the winter they offer sleigh rides.
