Royal Foundry
The Royal Foundry is one of the newest distilleries in Minneapolis. I was impressed with their signature cocktails. It was hard to make up my mind which one to try. The bartenders were really a great help with their drink recommendations.
My first drink was the Basildon Collins (vodka, basil, cranberry, and lime) . This drink was really refreshing. My second drink was the Strawberry Fields (vodka, strawberry, grapefruit, and lemon) . It was just as good as the Basildon Collins. This is a great place to hang out with friends. I really like how the space is wide open and room to move around. They have a few British games and when it is nice out you can sit next to the bonfire. I will for sure go back when I am in the area. If you enjoy English/British bands and atmosphere stop on in.
