Conga Latin Bistro
The Conga Latin Bistro serves up some authentic Latin food. We ordered the Empanadas, and the Tapas of Grilled Shrimp/Plantains. I most definitely would go back and order these items again.
I would have rated the Conga with 4 stars but when we were there, it was later in the evening. When we first arrived, we were the only ones in the building besides the bartenders. That changed rather quickly. There were drug deals going down in the bathroom and it was obvious. The bartenders were aware of what was happening. We were trying to get our tab and leave but we couldn’t get the bartenders to come back to our table. The bar area was 2 deep and that is where some of the drug deals we're going down.
I strongly suggest that you do not visit the Conga Latin Bistro in the evening. If you want to check out the restaurant and have some delicious Latin food, go for lunch or a really early dinner. Play it safe and stay out of there at night.
