POWERSCOURT Estates
I really enjoyed my time at PowersCourt. We first visited the distillery for lunch and a quick drink. I had a smoked salmon with caviar sandwich. It was delicious. I usually do not like caviar, but it was delicious.
The distillery café had an open and airy setting. It was a very comfortable setting.
Powerscourt has a couple of other restaurants to choose from, depending on what you want to eat and when you are visiting.
There is also a gift and garden store. They had quite a few unique items. At the PowersCourt house they had a couple of boutique stores. The jewelry was timeless and stunning.
Powerscourt Estate also has a gold course and a wonderful hotel.
The gardens are well maintained and gorgeous. It really was breathtaking. Little waterfalls, ponds, statues, Japanese gardens, and the mountains in the background.
PowersCourt is named the 3rd best garden in the world by National Geographic.
This is a must stop at place. There is a lot to take in and lots of room for the kids to run off some of their extra energy.
