Mad Hatter House of Curiosities and Tea Parlour

The Mad Hatter is a wonderful place for lunch.  It was such a unique and whimsical experience.

We made a reservation for the Queen of Hearts High Tea.  A reservation is required and needs to be made at least 24 hours in advance.  The menu is based on what season it is and subject to change.  We started out with a couple of different types of scones.  The scones are served with Lemon Curd, Triple Berry Jam and Sweet Cream.  All 3 toppings were full of flavor and decadent.  You are also served little sandwiches and delicious desserts.  We started our meals out with Honey-Lavendar dressed greens with fresh berries.  You will also be given a tea menu, which is quite extensive.  We chose 2 different types of tea and both were flavorful.  You can try as many of the teas as you would like.  They also have Children’s Tea.  If you decide not to have the Queen of Hearts High Tea, they do also have a full menu.

Before or after eating make sure you check out the fabulous Mad Hatter Market.  Unique gifts, prepared meals, soups, jams, dressings, deli salads and lots of different teas to take home.
