Dunseverick Castle
Dunseverick Castle area is just breathtaking. The grass is an emerald green and the blue of the water had us mesmerized.
There is so much history around the area. Dunseverick Castle has been there from around 5th AD, possibly earlier. The castle had been attacked by the Vikings a couple of times. The final capture of the castle was in 1650. It was never refortified or reoccupied again.
This is most definitely a worthwhile stop if you are in Northern Ireland.
